About Our Chairperson

Ms. Rekha Chauhan is Sr. Psychologist, Author & Mental Health Educationist with 15 years of work experience. Ms. Rekha Chauhan has been guiding and training Children, adolescents, teachers, principals, parents and children with Special Needs in various CBSE Schools. She has conducted various workshops on Life skills, Mental Health Awareness & POCSO in schools and colleges across India.

 

Presently, she is a Mental Health Expert at Manodarpan- Ministry of Education and Lifeskills Committee member at CBSE. She was a Subject Expert & Member in developing Guidelines & Recommendations on Emotional Wellbeing for Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Ministry of Education, and Counseling Services Guidelines for schools under the Central Tibetan Administration (Department of Education) Dharamshala. She was also a key member of the organizing group of National Conference on Understanding Disabilities & Mental Health Towards Inclusion &Empowerment organized in January 2020 under the aegis of National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities, Chennai (Govt of India).

She has trained over 10,000 Children and Adolescents on Lifeskills and Mental health. Conducted over 200 workshops & trainings. A large number of parents , students, schooling systems & government institutions in the country regularly seek technical expertise as a subject expert from her.
